Basic Matrix Response Testing

Matrix Response Testing (MRT) is a method of observing the body's physical responses to any stimuli (similar to muscle testing or applied kinesiology.)  You can use it for evaluating how supplements or remedies will benefit the body, in order to individualize your nutrition.  I also use it for figuring out hidden factors that contribute to illness.  If you have more questions about Matrix Response Testing, or if you would like to schedule a personal consultation for yourself, please feel free to contact me.

I'm offering a weekend course for Basic Matrix Response Testing,  August 17th and 18th, 2018.  Plan to spend Friday evening and all day Saturday working on the course material.  Practice time between sessions will be essential for mastering the technique.  Sessions:

1.  Friday, August 17th, 7:00 - 8:30pm

2.  Saturday, August 18th, 10:00 - 11:30am

3.  Saturday, August 18th, 3:30 - 5:00pm

4.  Optional fourth session Wednesday, August 22nd, 7:00 - 8:30pm.

Fee:  $75

Please contact me for more information.  (And let me know if you are interested but can't make it this time!)

At a separate time, I will also offer an Advanced Matrix Response Testing course, open only to students who complete the Basic course and continue to practice the skills.  I hope to offer an Advanced course in September or October, 2018.

"Polyfaces" Movie

Come join us for a great movie documentary about Joel Salatin's well-known farm located near Staunton, Virginia.

Polyfaces is a joyful film about connecting to the land.  It follows the Salatins, a four-generation farming family, who do everything different than everyone else, as they produce food in a way that works with nature, not against it.  Using the symbiotic relationships of animals and their natural functions, and foregoing use of any agrochemicals, they produce high-quality, nutrient-dense food for over 6,000 families, restaurants, and cafes within a three-hour foodshed of their farm.

Date and time:  Tuesday, August 30th, 7:00 - 9:00 pm

Free!

Matrix Response Testing

I'm excited to offer this class on Matrix Response Testing!  I have used this method frequently since learning it, and I feel much more comfortable with it than when I taught it last year.

If you have heard about muscle response testing, kinesiology, or other alternative health diagnostics, you will find this class to be very interesting and helpful.  Matrix response testing is an excellent method for analyzing your body's reaction to foods, supplements, and beauty products.  It is similar to muscle response testing, but easier to use and more objectively reliable.  The class will cover the scientific basis for matrix response testing, along with time for learning and practicing the techniques so you can use them for yourself and your family.

This class is an advanced level and will require a prior understanding of health based on traditional foods.  If you are new to the Weston A. Price dietary principles and the "Nourishing Traditions" book, please stay tuned for an introductory class in the near future.

Date and time:  Monday, February 29th, 7:00 - 9:00pm

Class fee: $7

Please contact me to register, or for more information.  The class size will be limited to 12 students.  No snacks will be provided.

"Are Vaccines Safe?" video presentation

Have you been interested in the controversies about vaccinations?  Please attend this free event to find out more about concerns about vaccine safety and effectiveness.  The video is a seminar by Mary Tocco, an independent researcher of vaccinations.  She does an excellent job of presenting well-organized, factual information, without resorting to hype or fear.  Please read this review of Mary Tocco's presentation:  http://www.vaclib.org/basic/products/avs.htm

"Are Vaccines Safe?" is a 2-1/2-hour video, which we will abbreviate to allow time for other discussion during the evening, and for enjoying some snacks.

Date and Time:  Monday, January 25th, 7:00 - 9:30 p.m.

Free.  Small donations will be accepted for covering costs of brochures, snacks, and venue.

For more information, please contact me, or subscribe to receive email notices about classes offered monthly.
